Many people seek chiropractic care to relieve pain, prevent injuries, and enhance flexibility, mobility, and posture. At TCP, we take a comprehensive approach, beginning with a thorough health history and physical exam to identify the root cause of your concerns. Our hands-on, non-invasive techniques assess how your body moves, allowing us to tailor treatments that help you move, feel, and perform at your best.

Our care plans often include a combination of soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, spinal adjustments, exercise therapy, and acupuncture. In addition to in-clinic treatments, we provide individualized advice—including exercises, stretches, movement advice, and load management strategies—to support your recovery and long-term well-being.

Custom Orthotics

Custom made orthotics are designed and tailored specifically to support your feet, correct biomechanical imbalances, and to meet the demands of your lifestyle needs.
